Our snoods are designed as comfort accessories and should always be used under supervision. Every dog is different, and it’s up to the owner to decide whether a product is suitable for their dog’s size, personality, and habits.

Wear happens
Dogs who chew, tug, roll, wrestle, or generally live life at full speed may cause wear over time. We recommend checking snoods regularly and retiring them if signs of damage appear.

Not chew toys
Franklin’s snoods are made for wearing, not chewing. Damage caused by biting, chewing, or other destructive behaviour isn’t something we can take responsibility for.

Each snood is handmade, which means slight variations in colour, pattern placement, and size can occur. No two snoods are exactly alike — and we think that’s part of the charm.

Sizing matters
Please use our size guide carefully before ordering. A correct fit is essential for comfort and safety. We’re unable to accept responsibility for incorrect size choices or modify items once made.

Not designed for pulling
Our accessories are not intended for dogs that pull heavily or place excessive strain on fabric. Ongoing stress can compromise seams and materials over time.

Normal wear isn’t covered
General wear and tear — including damage caused by chewing, pulling, misuse, or unsupervised use — is not covered. Only genuine manufacturing faults will be considered for review.
