Because One Size Definitely Does Not Fit All

Let’s get the paw-fect fit! Grab a tape measure (or a piece of string and a ruler—we don’t judge) and measure around your dog’s neck where their collar normally sits.

Fit tips:

Measure snug, not tight—your dog should still be able to strut comfortably

• When in doubt, size up
• If your pup is extra fluffy, give them a little breathing room

Care & Keeping It Cute

A little love goes a long way. To keep your snood looking great and feeling comfy, follow these care tips:

Gentle Cleaning First

For everyday messes, we recommend hand washing or spot cleaning using lukewarm water and a mild detergent. This helps protect the fabric and keeps it in top shape.

Machine Wash (When Needed)

For a deeper clean, machine wash at 40°C on a gentle or delicate cycle. Avoid high heat, as it can shorten the life of the snood.

Skip the Tumble Dryer

Please do not tumble dry. Air dry flat or hang to dry to help maintain the snood’s fit and finish.

Wash Less, Wear More

Over-washing can cause unnecessary wear over time. Treat your snood like your favourite knit—only wash when it truly needs it.

Detergents Matter

Stick to mild, non-harsh detergents. As washing machines and products vary, we can’t guarantee results with every detergent type.
