SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48. International orders to non-EU countries are shipped tracked with DPD.

EU shipping is coming soon — watch this space.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight of the package.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional charges such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges vary by country and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

UK Deliveries: Typically take 2-3 working days for non-customised products and 3-5 working days for customised products.

International Deliveries to non-EU countries: Delivery times vary by destination. Standard international shipping generally takes 10-14 working days. During busy periods or due to customs, delivery may take longer.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

While we do everything we can to get your snoods to you safely, we can't be held responsible for postal delays or stolen parcels. If you suspect something is wrong please contact us. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete address or unpaid customs charges we can resend your parcel however postage will need to be paid again, and a correct address provided.

Please be aware that in some countries such as the USA, custom charges may be added to your order upon shipment or delivery. As the customer, you are responsible for paying these charges. Unpaid custom fees may result in parcels being returned. If this occurs Franklins Fashion will not refund the original postage charges.

 

RETURNS

Custom Made Products: Customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Non-Custom Products: We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unused, free of hair, marks, and odours.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at wienerofwimbledon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a recorded/tracked postage service to ensure the item arrives safely. Franklins Fashion cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be in their original condition. Items returned in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued only for items that meet our return criteria. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
  • Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • We can’t refund items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or enthusiastic chewing. (We love dogs but we can't over snack-related incidents)

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If your order arrives damaged of faulty, please contact us at wienerofwimbledon@gmail.com with details and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund upon verification of the fault.
