A dog snood is a soft, stretchy accessory that fits over your dog’s head and neck to help keep ears warm, clean, and protected.

Dog snoods can help with:

• Supporting dogs with anxiety or noise sensitivity (like during grooming or storms)

Franklin was exactly the same! Many dogs adapt quickly thanks to our lightweight, stretchy design. We recommend starting with short wear periods and using positive reinforcement. Once Franklin realised how comfortable it was, he didn’t want to take it off.

Our snoods are handmade in Wimbledon with care and attention to quality. All snoods are tested by Franklin to ensure comfort, fit, and durability before each product is released

Our snoods are designed to suit all breeds — especially dogs with floppy or long ears like spaniels, dachshunds, cockapoos, and poodles. We’ve tested them on dogs of all shapes and sizes (Franklin included, of course).

Snoods are safe for supervised wear. We recommend removing the snood periodically, especially during long use, and never leaving it on unattended for extended periods.

Measure your dog’s neck circumference and head width, then compare it to our size chart in the menu & products section. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Our snoods are made from high-quality, polar fleece, Sherpa teddy fleece and faux fur material that are gentle on your dog’s skin and ears.

Please be aware that damage caused by everyday wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use is not considered a fault. In these cases, Franklins Fashion reserves the right to decline a refund. If you believe your item is faulty, please email wienerofwimbledon@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your name, order number, and clear photos showing the issue

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48:

- 2-3 working days (non-customised)

- 3-5 working days (customised)

International (non-EU) orders ship tracked via DPD. Approx. 10-14 working days (customs may affect delivery.

Returns are accepted on non-customised, unused items within 14 days. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend sending returns via a tracked or signed-for service. Franklins Fashion is not liable for returns that do not arrive or are lost during shipping.

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed

Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify orders once they’ve been placed. However, we can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, allowing you to place a new order. To request a cancellation, please email wienerofwimbledon@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
